What methods of training do you use?

I practice humane, science-based training principles that focus on positive reinforcement and strengthening the human-dog relationship.

Do you offer guarantees?

It is not possible to offer guarantees. Training is an ongoing commitment for the entire course of the Dog’s life, and that active commitment by you and all members of your household is critical to progress. Dogwell Behavior and Training will make every reasonable effort to help you achieve your training goals for the Dog. However, Dogwell Behavior and Training makes NO GUARANTEE, PROMISE, OR REPRESENTATION, about the Dog’s behavior or that your desired results will be achieved.

What is your service area?

Behavior Consults and Coaching Sessions: Bellingham, Ferndale, Blaine, and Lynden. If you live in other parts of Whatcom County, please reach out to see if I work in your area info@dogwelldogs.com

Walk and Trains and Puppy Socialization Sessions: Within Bellingham and Ferndale City Limits

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I reschedule a Consultation or other service?

Yes! You may reschedule any consultation or session by selecting a different appointment using the “Reschedule Appointment” button in the applicable email confirmation at least 48 hours before the date and time of the scheduled appointment. If you notify Dogwell with less than 48 hours advance notice, or if you or the Dog (as applicable) is not present at the scheduled time, the consultation or session is deemed to be forfeited and is not refundable. In the case of a package, the forfeited session will count as one session for that package.

Do packages expire?

Yes! All sessions in a package of 5 must be completed within 60 days from the date the package is purchased. Expired sessions that are not used in these timeframes are deemed to be forfeited, and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
